DAY 28 MY PATH TO WELLNESS: HIGH-CARB, LOW-FAT, 80/10/10 PARAMETERS

I slept a pretty solid 8 hrs.  I was having difficulty the night before with fretting about lack of work in my cleaning business and lack of cash flow.  Once in a while since my return to health my mind still travels the old path of worry and fretting.  It did keep me awake on Thursday night and by Friday evening I was ready for bed early and slept 8 hrs without too much fretting.

I did go out and bid a new cleaning client and got the job.  They start this coming Tuesday and they will then go every-other Monday afternoon.  Nice people, gorgeous house, friendly dog.  LOL  I do love animals.

My stats for yesterday were not as good as I'd like: only 1853 calories!!!  I have no idea why except I need to remind myself that even if I need and love my vegies and greens, I have to up my calories from fruit.  I felt I ate all day long.  Geesh!  So, my game plan now is to prepare my food in the morning and do my Cron-o-Meter tracking right then so I know if I need to do something more/different.  After this blog I'm in-putting this mornings food.  My other stats: 85.4% carbs/7.7% fat/8.9% protein.  All great!  Fiber: 64.7grms Sodium 225.7 mgs - better than the day before.

I love this lifestyle!  It is joyous actually.  I enjoy spending time preparing healthy food dishes, new concoctions, playing like a kid in the kitchen actually.  I enjoy making dishes and sharing them with others.  I also love the opening up of me personally to daily unplanned and unexpected joys.  I will start adding these daily to my blogs.  They happen every day actually!

Yesterdays unplanned joys:  I was given my very first herb plant!  It is huge, beautiful, healthy, planted in organic soil and the plant itself is organic Cinnamon Basil!  Such a beautiful flavor.  Thank you so much Kris and Steve.  I almost started crying!  LOL  And, it can grow indoors in my sunroom.  It is very happy in fact.  I am sharing this plant of course with many other people.  You can buy Basil and put it in water and it will grow roots and then grow a plant when planted in soil.  Amazing!

Mint has taken hold outside in my back yard and taken over!  I am cutting this way back and gifting as much to others as I can.  I like mint but don't do teas or any recipes using it.

Another one:  I have many unusual "gifts".  One is remote viewing.  So, before meeting and going through a new client's house I do "my thing" and get some idea of the people and  level of work before I show up. LOL  Well, I was spot on!  I had met earlier with Nick and I got to meet with he and his wife Jackie and their large loving and friendly dog Kaya.  Their house is spectacular and newly remodeled.  I "saw" the house before I arrived in such detail it was like I had been there before.  LOL  The initial meet and greet went well and we arrived at an agreement easily.

A 3rd one:  Natural Grocers, the near-by organic produce store offered me a great deal on cases of organic bananas.  I was running low on my supply of frozen bananas for smoothies.  They offered me .10 off per lb on their already low price for the product.  The produce man, Reno, called me to let me know the bananas were ready for me.  He also had some "too ripe for sale" bananas at .29 per lb.
What a great deal!  So, of course I am fine now on bananas for about a month except my daily eating bananas which I have to keep on top of.

Generally speaking when you clean up and eat raw and organic and of course plant-based totally your emotions and thinking processes are so much healthier and loving.  Top that with a 92 day juice feast detox which I did and that cleaned me out of built up toxins and residues of years gone by.  What an amazing journey that was.  To be repeated in October of course.

Boy, I had a lot to say. LOL

Thank you for reading my blogs.
