DAY 17 OF HIGH-CARB, LOW-FAT 80/10/10 -- LIFE GOES ON

I just uploaded my food diary from yesterday onto Cron-o-Meter.  I ended up having 2013 calories, 72.5 grms of fiber, 592.5 mgs of sodium - all from natural plant sources!!.  My 811rv breakdown: 86% carbs/6.7% fat/7.3 protein.  An excellent day on food.

I got suspended from 30 Bananas A Day last night.  I was warned by another 811rv'r that this site was Draconian in the way the "Peace Keepers" kept the rules and she was correct!  We discussed this ousting and we both agree that she and I both are old timers at this and do not get any benefits from participation.  Most of the people who join are newbies and found our interaction wonderful and helpful.  However how many times does one versed in this lifestyle want to answer the same questions over and over again?  LOL

I have my hands full with operating my own home, personal needs, caring for 2 adorable cats, a cleaning business, and having mentoring students over at my house.  Enough is enough. LOL  I don't need to be any more busier.

For yesterdays food choices:
I had the last half of my Ambrosia-Banana-Citrus smoothie from the day before.  Yes, it keeps for a full 18 hrs and is very palatable and vital.  However, I'd prefer fixing it and drinking it the same day.
I fixed my wonderful Tomatoe-Burger:

1 1 pound tomatoe sliced in 1/3rds.  Each layer had a slathering of my wonderful Zucchini Hummus spread with Alfalfa sprouts, sprouted lentils, sprouted mung beans and sunflower greens all sprouted by little ol' me and delicious!  I added mushrooms, celery, and fresh corn on top.  It was beyond belief!  This is so good that if I could buy it out at a wonderful low fat vegan restaurant I would pay $15 per serving easily and think it was worth it! The 1st 1/3rd of this mega-meal was at 9:30.  Since I get up at 3am to start my busy day I eat brunch at this time.  I had the first third of this meal with 2 cups of my ABC smoothie and followed the burger with 2 cups of V6 vegie juice I made that morning.  The 2nd portion I did around noon.  The last portion I had around 5:30 preceded by 1 cup of Karen's Savory Korn Chowder.

As you can see I eat a whole lot of wonderful organic food.  It is such a banquet of colors and flavors and fully nutritious and delicious.  I am stuffed at each meal but not too full that I cannot function.

Since I just started to do daily blogs through Google I am not certain if anyone is reading them.  If so thank you.  If you have any questions, please ask.  If you have any criticisms, please don't post.  I do not do battle, nor do I argue.  If you have differing points of view about diet and it works for you good!  I am in this for health on all levels.  I've studied for 30 years and have no bones to pick about anothers point of view.
