DAY 18 LOW FAT HIGH CARB 811RV --- THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY
Eating this way and a 92 day juice fast has enabled my body, mind, emotions, mental faculties to heal. That is a fact. Part of the "cleansing" process is much deeper than the body. It includes the mental conditioning, the personal patterns that we develop during our lives. Eating SAD simply perpetuates our not looking at ourselves and continues the personal hellish existence we call life. This is not living. It is existing -- barely.
My goal is to have excellent health. Another goal is to have happiness and success. Still another goal is to interact with others in positive and loving ways. For the most part, thanks to the reboot, I do experience this. Sometimes, as in yesterday, for some odd reason a dark matter episode happened. This is when I cannot for the life of me get out of the mental anguish that hits from time to time. It is deeper than a depression. This time it was one of the worst episodes I had ever experienced.
I went to bed with this state of mind and it kept me awake until past 10:00. Not good. I think I got 6 hours sleep. It will catch up with me today. Tonight I'm in bed early for sure.
Nothing really got resolved. I am trained to go into the darkness and look at it. I did this. No avoiding. It was horrible. I felt totally isolated, totally unsupported. It was scary. This morning I woke up at 3:00, got out of bed at 4:00 and felt normal. Life goes on.
Yesterday I realized I need to stop eating garlic. My vocalchoards, my throat, my sinuses are all being effected adversely. So, Thursday I won't have any and test this out. I'll go a week without garlic added to my V6. I'm pretty sure I'll like it now.
Yesterday I had H20, watermelon, 9 cups of my ABC smoothie, 4 cups of my V6 and 1/2 of the Fettucini Alfredo. I don't think I'll have this again for quite a while. I ate too much of it. LOL
My stats: 2084 calories 87.9% carbs/7.2% fat/4.9% protein

I ommitted an important ingredient in my food. Pine nuts. This changed Cron-o-meter stats a bit.
