DAY 24 - HIGH CARB/LOW FAT ORGANIC RAW VEGAN 80/10/10
*************FRUIT/OVERT FATS/STARCHES TO FEEL FULL**************

After 24 days on this program and experimenting like a newbie mad scientist I've realized the truth behind this eating program.  You either have massive amounts of fruit and fruit with greens to feel that "fullness" we so dearly love, or you have overt fats added such as MINIMAL nuts, seeds or avocado, or you have starch or starchy vegies such as corn.  I've been going back and forth on this overt fats subject as you well know.  Too many times during the week without sufficient additional exercise that day causes me to go down a path of more and more overt fats.  Too little overt fats and I don't feel truly full.  We can't fill up on vegies without that feeling of fullness without one of the above 3 food groups.  Starches are out for me altogether because I can't do cooked/steamed/boiled food.  I go into an automatic binge.  Since I am consistently exercising I will add overt fats into my daily eats and start making green smoothies with fruit like I used to do.  This go-round I am not making as much.  1 quart per day instead of 2 quarts should do it.

Yesterday I had:
Water
Watermelon
10 cups of my ABC smoothie.  This time I used the entire citrus fruit (the "C") instead of the juice/pulp from the fruit.  It was much stronger!  So I'll cut back the quantity of citrus and save money to boot! Yea!
I had 2 bananas for a snack
Spinach-Petso Dressing with spiralized cucumber, spiralized zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, cauliflower on red leaf butter lettuce with sprouts, pea shoots and sunflower greens.

**The handle on my Spiralizer broke today!!!! :-(  I ordered another from Amazon this morning.  I can still use it and will do so.  It's a great tool just not the best construction.

The Spinach-Pesto dressing needs overt fats for sure.  I only ate half of what I prepared.  I hate wasting food, especially good nutritionally-dense organic produce.  I couldn't eat more than 1/2 of what I made.  So sad.

I did 2 laps of the mall with 1 stair case and a 30 minute walk outdoors in the beautiful sunshine and nice breeze.

My stats:  1958 calories - not very much for me.  89.7% carbs/4.3% fat/6% protein.  64.3 grms fiber, 190.4 mg sodium (125 is minimum necessary).

I just discovered that I can add items Cron-o-meter does not have.  I will have to get the nutritional information off the net for pea shoots, most of my sprouts and my sunflower greens.  At least I can add this to my log now.  I'll probably do this this coming weekend.

My morning stats: Wt: 109.4 Body Fat% 28.1%, Muscle Density: 27.9%
